Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Barnes Avenue, between the Westerly line of First Avenue West and the Southerly line of Broadway, in said City, by constructing a sidewalk on the Southerly side of said avenue, establishing Local Improvement District No. 40 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
