An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 33 for the improvement of Ballard Avenue between the Westerly side of Third Avenue West and the Southerly side of Broadway, under Ordinance No. 393 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
