An Ordinance providing for the improvement of a portion of Forth Avenue West in the City of Ballard, between the south line of Ship Street and the south line of Sloop Street by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, establishing Local Improvement District No. 41 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement under the ten year bonding system.
