An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ballard, to cause Leary Avenue in the City of Ballard, to be improved by having a new side walk constructed on the northerly side of said Avenue between the westerly line of First Avenue and the southerly line of Broadway, and rebuilding the side walk on the southerly side of said Avenue between the southerly side of Broadway and the westerly side of Second Avenue West.
