An Ordinance providing for the improvement of a portion of Second Avenue West, Burke Avenue, First Avenue West and Shilshole Avenue by constructing a sewer on the same between the following points to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Second Avenue West and Ship Street, thence; along the center line of Second Avenue West to the center line of Burke Avenue; thence along the center line of Burke Avenue West thence along the center line of First Avenue West from the south line of Broadway to Shilshole Avenue, thence; along Shilshole Avenue to Second Avenue West; thence; along Second Avenue West to the outlet on the shore on Salmon Bay. Establishing Local Improvement District No. 43 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement under the ten year bonding system.
