An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Preston Street in the City of Ballard, between First Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue, by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, establishing Local Improvement District No. 45 and providing for the cost of said improvement, to be under the ten year bonding system.
