An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Crawford Street in the City of Ballard, between the west line of Second Avenue West and the east line of Sixth Avenue West by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof at such places as the city engineer may deem necessary, establishing Local Improvement District No. 47 and providing for the cost of said improvement to be under the ten year bonding system.
