An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 35 for the improvement of D. Street in the City of Ballard, in a construction of a side walk thereon, between the east side of First Avenue West and the west side of Main Street, under Ordinance No. 396 and 400 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
