An Ordinance providing for the improvement of a portion of Polk Street in the City of Ballard, between First and Second Avenue West by re-grading a portion the same and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, establishing Local Improvement District No. 55 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
