An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 42 for the improvement of Leary Avenue by constructing a sidewalk on the North side thereof, between the west side of First Avenue West and the Easterly side of Broadway, and on the Southerly side of said avenue, between the Southerly side of Broadway and the Westerly side of Second Avenue West, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 441, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
