An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of "A" Street between the east line of Railroad Avenue and the east line of Blocks 175 and 176 Gilman Park, fixing the denominations of the Bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
