An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 46 for the improvement of Broadway between First and Third Avenue West in thee City of Ballard under Ordinance No. 446 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
