An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 39 for the improvement of Second Avenue West between south line of Baker and south line of Leary Avenue in the City of Ballard under Ordinance No. 415 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
