Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of East State Street in the City of Ballard, between the east line of First Avenue West an the west line of Railroad Avenue fixing the denominations of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
