An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 48, for the improvement of Ship Street between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, in the City of Ballard, by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, under Ordinance No. 448, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
