Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Preston Street in the City of Ballard between the east line of First Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
