An Ordinance providing for a new assessment on the lots, blocks and parcels of land which have been benefitted by the improvement of Ship Street between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Fifth Avenue West in the City of Ballard to the extent of their proportionate part of the expense and value thereof together with any interest that may have lawfully accrued thereon from date of delinquency of original assessment in accordance with an act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to and authorizing the collection of assessments for local improvements by a new assessment or reassessment of the cost and expense of making the same in cities, and towns, and declaring on emergency," approved March 9 A. D. 1893.
