An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 44 for the improvement of Main Street between the line of high tide on Salmon Bay and the south line of North Street to the full width thereof in the City of Ballard under Ordinance No. 444, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
