An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Street in the City of Ballard between the west line of Fourth Avenue west and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk District No. 57, and providing for the payment of the costs of said improvement under the ten year bonding system.
