Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Main Street between the line of high tide on Salmon Bay and the south line of North Street fixing the denominations thereof; bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
