An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 505, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ferry Street between the north line of Ship Street and the south line of Brig Street by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sidewalk thereof, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 59, and providing for the payment of the costs of said improvement under the ten year bonding system," approved the 18th day of March 1902.
