An Ordinance providing for the improvement of a portion of Broadway in the City of Ballard by constructing a sidewalk on the north side thereof between Third Avenue West and Fourth Avenue West, except that portion of the sidewalk in front of lot 22 block 58, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 58, and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
