An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 55 for the improvement of a portion of Polk Street in the City of Ballard between First Avenue West and Second Avenue West, under Ordinance No. 468, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
