Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of First Avenue West in the City of Ballard between the north line of Broadway and the south line of North Street, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
