An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 479, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Holbrook Street in the City of Ballard, between the east side of Main Street and the west side of Division Street, by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 56, and providing for the cost of said improvement", passed by the City Council the 12th day of November, 1901.
