An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Holbrook Street in the City of Ballard, between the east line of Main Street and the west line of Division Street, by grubbing, grading, and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 64 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
