An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of North Street Improvement District under Ordinance No. 515 being the reassessment ordered by Ordinance No. 515 to be made for the improvement of North Street from the west line of Second Avenue West to the east line of Third Avenue West and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
