An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 54 for the improvement of East Polk Street, in the City of Ballard, between the east line of First Avenue West and the west line of Spring Avenue, under Ordinance No. 467, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
