An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 41 for the improvement of a portion of Fourth Avenue West in the City of Ballard, between the south line of Ship Street and the south line of Sloop Street, under Ordinance No. 432 and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
