An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 57 for the improvement of a portion of North Street between the west line of Fourth Avenue West and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, under Ordinance No. 497 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
