Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Fourth Avenue West in the City of Ballard between the south line of Ship Street and the south line of Sloop Street, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement of thereof.
