Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of East Polk Street in the City of Ballard between First Avenue West and Spring Avenue fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement thereof.
