An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council to improve by grubbing, grading an constructing a sidewalk on both sides of the street, that portion of North Street from Fifth Avenue West to Seventh Avenue West, and that portion of Seventh Avenue West from the north line of North Street to the south line of Ship Street, and the portion of Ship Street between the east line of Seventh Avenue West and the east line of Eighth Avenue.
