An Ordinance providing for the improvement of a portion of Ballard Avenue from a point 89 feet north west from the north west corner of Ballard Avenue and Third Avenue to the south line of Broadway by constructing a sidewalk on the west side thereof and establishing Local Improvement District No. 67 and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of said improvement.
