An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first three annual installments and interest so mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District Number 17, issued under authority of ordinance number 343, for the improvement of Wilbert Street under ordinance number 311, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district approved by ordinance number 337 and providing for the collection thereof.
