An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first three annual installments and interest to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 17, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 313, for the improvement of Wilbert Street under Ordinance No. 311, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district approved by Ordinance No. 337 and providing for the collection thereof.
