An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 67 for the improvement of a portion of Ballard Avenue in the City of Ballard from a point 30 feet northwest from the northwest corner of Ballard Avenue and Third Avenue to the south line of Broadway, under Ordinance No. 562 and assessing the amount thereof against each piece and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
