Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Holbrook Street in the City of Ballard, between the east line of Main Street and the west side of Division Street, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the Contractors, constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
