An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Baker Street from the east line of First Avenue West to the west line of Railroad Avenue by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides of the street between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the property benefited by the construction of said improvement and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 72.
