Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sewer on Ballard Avenue between the center line of Second Avenue West and the center line of First Avenue West, in the City of Ballard, to assess the cost thereof to the property benefitted by the construction of said sewer and providing for the payment of the said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 74.
