An Ordinance prohibiting the construction of wooden sidewalks in the City of Ballard within the limits bounded as follows - the east line of Railroad Avenue on the east, the north line of Crawford Street on the North, the west line of Fifth Avenue on the West and the southerly line of Shilshole Avenue on the South.
