An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Crawford Street from the east line of First Avenue West to the west line of Division Avenue by grubbing, grading clearing and constructing a sidewalk on both sides of the street between said points with wood curb and gutter. The sidewalk from the east line of First Avenue to the west line of Railroad Avenue shall be constructed of cement six feet wide. From the east line of Railroad Avenue to the west line of Division Avenue the sidewalk shall be of wood. The cost and expense thereof to be taxed and assessed against the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 587.
