An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 63 for the improvement of Chestnut Street between the east line of Fifth Avenue West and the west line of Third Avenue West, and between the east line of Second Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue under Ordinance No. 531, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
