An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to construct a main sewer on Ship Street from the center line of Langridge Avenue to the center line of Denton Avenue; on Second Avenue from the center line of Ship Street to the center line of Broadway; on Broadway from the center line of Second Avenue to the center line of Fourth Avenue, including temporary connections with a plank box on Fourth Avenue; to establish an assessment district and to assess the cost and expense of such main to and against all the property included within such district which is contiguous or approximately to said streets in which such main sewer in placed, by levying special taxes upon such property within said sewer district in accordan ce with the last general assessment of the land, exclusive of all the improvements for city purposes.
