An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Crawford Street from the east lie of First Avenue West to the west line of Division Avenue by grubbing, grading and constructing sidewalks on both sides of the street between said points, with wood curb and gutter. The sidewalk from the east line of First Avenue West to the west line of Railroad Avenue shall be constructed of cement. From the east line of Railroad Avenue to the west line of Division Avenue the sidewalk shall be of wood. The cost and expense thereof to be taxed and assessed against the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvement.
