An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first installments and interest to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 44, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 507 for the improvement of Main Street under Ordinance No. 444, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district approved by Ordinance No. 492 and providing for the collection thereof.
