An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 75, being the reassessment ordered by Ordinance No. 602, to be made for the improvement of State Street from the west line of First Avenue to the east line of Second Avenue West in the City of Ballard, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
