An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 70, being the reassessment ordered by Ordinance No. 599 to be made for the improvement of Second Avenue West from Ballard Avenue to Shilshole Avenue in the City of Ballard, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
