An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 61 for the improvement of Ferry Street between the north line of Ship Street and the south line of Sloop Street, under Ordinance No. 549, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
