An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of a portion of North Street from First Avenue West to the west line of Seventh Avenue West, and that portion of Seventh Avenue West from the north line of North Street to the south line of Ship Street, the portion of Ship Street between the east line of Seventh Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the Contractor constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
